LaGuardia Arts Graduate David Hoffman Wins 2017 Theodora Zavin Scholarship

The BMI Foundation has announced David Hoffman as the winner of the 2017 Theodora Zavin Scholarship, a music study prize named in honor of the Foundation’s late founding President, Theodora Zavin.
