Samuel Zagnit Wins Theodora Zavin Scholarship

The BMI Foundation proudly presented the 2014 Theodora Zavin Scholarship to Samuel Zagnit in a private ceremony at the BMI offices at 7 World Trade Center in New York City on September 8.
