BMI Foundation Presents 2015 Musical Theatre Awards
The BMI Foundation has announced nine members of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop as the winners of its annual Musical Theatre Awards, encompassing the Jerry Harrington Awards For Outstanding Creative Achievement in Musical Theatre, the Jean Banks Award, and the newly established Ellen Schwartz Award for Outstanding Literary Merit in Lyric Writing.
Patrick Cook Elected to BMI Foundation Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the BMI Foundation has announced BMI Director of Musical Theatre and Jazz Patrick Cook as its newly elected member. Formed by BMI employees in 1985, the BMI Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to furthering the creation, performance, and study of contemporary American music.
BMI Foundation Awards 10th Annual Woody Guthrie Fellowship
